Are the colors of the paintings true to what I see online?

We strive to provide accurate images of my artwork, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions. If you have any concerns, we can provide additional photos or videos of the piece.

Can I change something in my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before the painting is shipped.

Can I add a request or special instructions at checkout?

Unfortunately, the checkout process cannot accommodate special requests or customizations. If you have specific requirements, don't hesitate to contact us directly before purchasing.

Do you offer custom paintings or commissions?

At this time, I am not offering custom paintings or commissions. I create original pieces that reflect my current inspiration and artistic journey. However, we hope you find a piece that resonates with you.

  • International: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs process.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable, and any customs fees or additional charges for international orders are the buyer's responsibility. What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with
detailed photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the
issue.

What is the policy on returns?
