Rights to Artworks

 

All rights to the artwork, including original paintings, prints, and any future reproductions, remain solely the property of Karina Penagos. Purchasing any item, whether original or printed, does not grant the buyer the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial or personal use, including creating NFTs, without the artist's explicit written consent.

 

Collectors may not reproduce, copy, or distribute the artwork in any form without express permission from the artist. However, sharing images of purchased works on social media is always welcomed and does not violate this clause.

 

Responsibility and Care

 

Once the artwork is in the hands of the collector, our responsibility for the item ends. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for damages caused by mishandling after delivery, such as smudging, tearing, or any other damage.

 

However, according to consumer protection laws, we will provide compensation for items that are received damaged due to shipping or are found to be faulty. Each piece is meticulously inspected before shipping to ensure it meets quality standards.

 

Please make sure to thoroughly read the product descriptions before making a purchase. We are not liable for misunderstandings due to overlooked details in the product listings.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Customer Satisfaction

 

If there's an issue with your order, don't worry; we are here to help you resolve the situation. While we strive to provide an accurate color representation, variations may occur due to the screens of different devices. We recommend viewing the artwork on multiple devices to get a more precise impression of the colors.

Since our artworks are unique, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to help you resolve it by consumer protection laws. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Shipping Information

 

The product descriptions provide details about processing times. Our dedicated team strives to dispatch orders promptly. Still, please be aware that delays can sometimes happen.We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes. If you need to update your address, reach out through our contact page as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate. If a refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted.

Import Fees and Taxes

 

We do not cover import fees for international purchases, including any custom pieces, originals, or prints.

 

Customs fees, taxes, and duties are not included in the purchase price and are determined by the destination country’s regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable charges. If these charges are refused, the delivery will be returned to us, and we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs, provided the item is in its original condition.

 

Items will be declared at their full purchase value for export, and we cannot alter these declarations as you requested.
